- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in petroleum reservoir engineering, with a focus on subsurface evaluation and development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Petrel RE, CMG).
- Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles, fluid flow in porous media, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results in a complex, technical environment.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
