Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and methodologies.
- Design and optimize production layouts and workflows for enhanced operational performance.
- Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to model and predict process outcomes.
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.

- Research and evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and recommend their adoption.
- Contribute to capital expenditure planning and project management for new equipment and facility upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and new product introduction.
- Proven experience in analyzing and improving complex manufacturing systems.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Arena, AnyLogic).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and their impact on manufacturing operations.
