- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- CIPD or relevant HR certification is a plus.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting managers and employees with HR-related inquiries, facilitating the employee lifecycle from hire to exit, and contributing to the development and refinement of HR programs and policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, coupled with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, as is the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR technologies is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary. A Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
