Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, NPV, IRR, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, property types, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with real estate databases and market research tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
