Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate investment firm, is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Property Analyst to join their entirely remote team. This position is crucial for supporting strategic investment decisions by providing in-depth market research, financial modeling, and property valuation. You will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assessing the financial viability of various real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
Key responsibilities include developing sophisticated financial models to forecast property performance, analyzing market trends and economic indicators, preparing detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management, and evaluating acquisition and disposition strategies. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather data, conduct site analyses (virtually), and monitor portfolio performance. Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies, including DCF, cap rates, and comparable sales analysis, is essential. Experience with property management software and real estate databases (e.g., CoStar, Argus) is highly desirable.
We require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a significant advantage. A minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, or asset management is necessary. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills are paramount. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences in a remote setting. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
