This pivotal role requires a leader capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, defining scope, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectively. This includes risk assessment and mitigation, budget management, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities will involve leading cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and liaising with government agencies, suppliers, and community representatives. You will monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes. The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders, is crucial. This role offers a hybrid work model, blending the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative advantages of on-site engagement.
