Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and support projects from a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from initiation to completion, by facilitating communication, tracking progress, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project coordination, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency with project management tools and virtual collaboration platforms. This remote-first position requires strong initiative and the ability to effectively coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders without direct physical proximity.

- Facilitate virtual team meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
- Support project managers in planning and executing project tasks.
- Assist in the management of project budgets and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Teams).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in supporting cross-functional teams is essential.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
