- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the humanitarian or development sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs with significant budgets.
- Strong understanding of program cycle management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and results-based management.
- Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Experience working in challenging or fragile contexts is a plus.
