- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related field. A Master's degree in Quality Management or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing QMS, preferably in a certified environment.
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
