Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
