You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to product development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within the FMCG/CPG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies, consumer insights, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
