- Train and mentor junior engineers and operational staff on new processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and propose innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing process engineering, with a strong focus on optimization and new process development.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that have led to measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, or quality improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing principles, methodologies, and equipment.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD) and CAD software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Understanding of automation and control systems in manufacturing.
