Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in power system design, analysis (e.g., load flow, fault analysis), and protection schemes.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as ETAP, PSS/E, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, and control systems for power applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with renewable energy integration (solar, wind) is highly desirable.
