- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced remote therapists.
- Advocate for the needs of children and families within the healthcare and educational systems.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience specifically in pediatric occupational therapy.
- Proven experience and comfort with teletherapy delivery and relevant technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of child development, developmental disabilities, sensory integration theory, and various pediatric conditions.
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
