Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
- Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably with experience in a multinational company or top-tier law firm.
- Proven track record in handling complex M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
- In-depth knowledge of international business law and compliance.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment.
- Experience with compliance programs and regulatory investigations.
