Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Investment Banker specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory to join their exclusive fully remote team. This role demands a sophisticated understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, transaction structuring, and negotiation tactics. You will be responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions, providing strategic financial advice to clients, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust network, a proven track record of closing complex deals, and the ability to lead deal teams effectively in a remote capacity.

- Prepare comprehensive client presentations, pitch books, and offering memorandums.
- Advise clients on optimal transaction structures, market positioning, and strategic alternatives.
- Conduct in-depth company and industry research to identify potential targets and buyers.
- Manage client interactions and coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors.
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and other information to support valuation and transaction strategy.
- Mentor and develop junior investment banking professionals within the deal team.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting M&A activity.
- Ensure the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate development, or a related finance role.
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing M&A transactions with significant deal sizes.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and LBO analysis.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Proven ability to lead and manage deal teams effectively.
- Existing network of corporate clients and intermediaries is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple high-priority tasks, and thrive in a demanding remote environment.
