- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in insurance underwriting.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment and analysis across various insurance lines.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, regulations, and market practices.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and relevant insurance databases.
- Relevant professional designations (e.g., CPCU, AU) are highly preferred.
