- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional designation (e.g., FRM, PRMIA, CPCU) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, with a significant focus on the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, claims processes, and financial markets.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies, quantitative analysis, and risk modeling.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing the insurance industry (e.g., Solvency II, IFRS 17).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
