- Manage the end-to-end development process for e-learning courses and training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with emerging trends in instructional design, educational technology, and e-learning.
- Mentor and guide junior instructional designers and content developers.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and vision for learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Proven experience designing and developing e-learning courses, blended learning programs, and virtual training.
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of multimedia production principles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects is required.
