This role is critical in protecting the company's digital assets, infrastructure, and sensitive data from evolving cyber threats. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security policy development. You will be responsible for monitoring security alerts, investigating suspicious activities, analyzing security breaches, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, network security principles, cryptography, and risk assessment methodologies. The ability to work independently, manage complex security incidents, and communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. - Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in information security and cybersecurity roles.
- Proven experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Strong knowledge of network security, operating systems security, and cloud security.
- Proficiency with security tools and technologies (SIEM, firewalls, antivirus, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
