Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process design, optimization, and lean manufacturing.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPSS).
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
