- Excellent understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and industrial networks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to field technicians.
- Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools, ticketing systems, and communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage a distributed team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
