This is a unique, fully remote role where you will be the primary technical point of contact for on-site technicians and customers globally, guiding them through installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures. Your deep technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems will be crucial in resolving challenging issues and ensuring optimal performance of our client's products. You will develop detailed technical documentation, including installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and preventative maintenance plans. Your responsibilities will extend to training remote support teams and end-users on proper equipment operation and upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional diagnostic skills, a thorough understanding of root cause analysis, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely, often under pressure. Experience with remote diagnostic tools, augmented reality solutions, and advanced monitoring systems is highly desirable. You will also contribute to product improvement by relaying feedback from the field to the engineering and product development teams.
