Our client, a leading provider of high-standard operational environments, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Hygiene and Sanitation Manager to oversee and enhance their cleaning and sanitation protocols across multiple sites. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage and strategize from your home office. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant health regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of best practices in industrial and commercial cleaning, waste management, pest control, and public health guidelines. Your responsibilities will include creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting regular site assessments and audits (virtually and through reporting), developing training materials for cleaning staff, and ensuring the proper use and management of cleaning chemicals and equipment. You will also be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sanitation data, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
