You will be instrumental in managing complex calendars, coordinating global travel arrangements, preparing high-level correspondence and presentations, and facilitating seamless communication across different time zones. Proficiency in a range of digital tools for communication, project management, and document sharing is essential. You will act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently. - Managing complex and dynamic calendars for multiple senior executives across different time zones.

- Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails.
- Organizing and preparing agendas for meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Conducting research and compiling information for reports and projects as needed.
- Assisting with expense reporting and other administrative tasks.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion in all matters.

- Supporting the implementation and utilization of remote collaboration tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Proven experience managing complex international travel arrangements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
