Our client is seeking a creative and highly organized Senior Event Planner to manage and execute exceptional events for their brand, operating entirely remotely. This role is critical in conceptualizing, planning, and delivering memorable experiences that align with our client's objectives, from virtual conferences and webinars to hybrid or in-person gatherings. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor selection and negotiation, logistics coordination, content development, marketing and promotion, and on-site (or virtual) execution oversight. Key responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating detailed project plans and timelines, managing vendor relationships, securing venues or virtual platforms, coordinating speakers and entertainment, and overseeing event marketing and attendee registration. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of successful event management. This fully remote position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams from a distance. We are looking for a Senior Event Planner who is adept at navigating the complexities of modern event production, including virtual and hybrid formats. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional event planning certification (e.g., CMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Proven experience in managing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms.
