Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is a fully remote position, empowering you to build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients across various industries. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in enterprise sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles. You will leverage your expertise to present innovative solutions and deliver outstanding value to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new enterprise-level clients within target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and pain points.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, support) to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions or services to large organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating challenging sales environments.
  • A passion for technology and a drive to help clients succeed.
  • Based in or familiar with the sales landscape of regions like Kakamega, Kakamega, KE , while being fully equipped for remote work.
