Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce and social media strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms and e-commerce websites.
  • Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Analyze e-commerce website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility for e-commerce products.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in managing various social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.

  • Experience with influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
