Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing corporation, is seeking an accomplished Senior Corporate Counsel with extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join their legal team remotely. This role is crucial for advising on and executing complex transactions, managing legal due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp legal mind, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage sophisticated M&A deals from inception to closing, all within a virtual framework. You will be instrumental in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives through astute legal guidance.

- Collaborate closely with internal business teams, finance, and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.

- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on complex issues.
- Ensure all legal activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about legal and business developments relevant to the company's industry.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar and in good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate law, with a significant focus on M&A transactions.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional M&A deals.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, securities law, and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a remote setting.
