A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a corporate legal department or a top-tier law firm, with a strong focus on international business transactions, is required. You should have demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, and a solid understanding of corporate compliance matters, data privacy laws, and intellectual property rights. As a remote legal professional, you must exhibit exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaunt with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory bodies. You will be adept at managing multiple priorities, working independently under pressure, and providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions. Proficiency in legal research databases and document management systems is essential.
