Our client, a leading organization in its sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead their rewards strategy. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage compensation and benefits programs, analyze market data, and advise stakeholders from anywhere. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and administering competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation systems and salary benchmarking processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to advise on compensation-related matters.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information effectively to employees and management.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current programs and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the annual salary review and bonus process.
  • Ensure data integrity for all compensation and benefits information.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in total rewards.
  • Assist in the development and management of the HRIS for compensation and benefits modules.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and market pricing.
  • Familiarity with various employee benefits programs and administration.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
