- Perform thorough due diligence on investment targets, including property inspections, lease abstracting, tenant credit analysis, and environmental assessments.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee, articulating findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Underwrite new investment opportunities, assessing feasibility, profitability, and alignment with the firm's investment strategy.
- Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
