- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program coordination role.
- In-depth knowledge of child development theories, curriculum development, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing staff and leading teams in an educational setting.
- Excellent understanding of child safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and manage program budgets and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant childcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
