- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aviation safety management, operations, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and international safety standards.
- Strong background in risk assessment, hazard analysis, and incident investigation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools.
- Experience in audit and inspection techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Certifications such as Certified Aviation Safety Officer (CASO) are advantageous.
