Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with a strong focus on electric or hybrid vehicle technology.
- Proven experience in designing, integrating, and validating complex EV systems (BMS, powertrain, charging).
- In-depth understanding of EV architecture, including battery technology, electric motors, power electronics, and control strategies.
- Experience with system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity principles in automotive.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
