Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Apprentice Coordinator to manage and oversee their fully remote apprenticeship program. This role is critical for the successful recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of apprentices across various disciplines. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with apprentices and host employers, ensuring program compliance, and driving the overall success of the apprenticeship initiatives from a remote perspective.

- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and selecting high-caliber apprentices.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new apprentices, including orientation and initial placement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for apprentices, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their program.
- Liaise with host employers to ensure a positive and productive apprenticeship experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor apprentice progress, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback on performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with all apprenticeship program guidelines, policies, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress, performance, and program completion.
- Organize and facilitate remote training sessions, workshops, and networking events for apprentices.
- Analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and report on program outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of the apprenticeship program structure and content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, or a related field, with specific experience in managing apprenticeship or trainee programs.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and mentor individuals, particularly those early in their careers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and organizations.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in using HRIS systems or program management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
