- Establish and manage processes for ongoing monitoring and auditing of AI systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on AI ethics principles and responsible AI development.
- Investigate and resolve ethical concerns or incidents related to AI systems.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related discipline with a focus on technology ethics.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working directly on AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy, preferably within a technology company or research institution.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and their societal implications.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ethical frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
- Strong knowledge of bias, fairness, accountability, and transparency issues in AI.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior leadership.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and influencing.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory landscapes concerning AI is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
