  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and research institutions.

Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in agronomy, with a focus on crop production, soil management, and sustainable agriculture.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing agricultural field trials and research projects.
  • Strong understanding of plant physiology, soil chemistry, and pest/disease management.
  • Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis tools relevant to farming.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting.
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and contributing to food security.
  • Experience working with diverse farming communities and understanding their needs is highly desirable.
