Our client, a leading agricultural technology firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Agronomist to join their fully remote team as a Crop Management Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert agronomic advice and strategic guidance to farmers and agricultural businesses across diverse regions, all from a remote location within Kenya. You will leverage your deep understanding of crop science, soil health, and sustainable farming practices to enhance yields and improve profitability.

- Proven experience with data analysis, interpretation of soil and weather data, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences remotely.
- Proficiency in using agricultural software, GIS tools, and remote sensing technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client relationships, and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
