Our client, a leader in agricultural innovation, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Agronomist to spearhead the adoption and implementation of precision agriculture technologies across various farming operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere in Kenya. - Proven experience with agricultural data analysis tools, GIS, remote sensing, and farm management software.
- Solid understanding of crop physiology, soil science, and integrated pest management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in training and capacity building is desirable.
- Familiarity with common crops grown in the Kenyan context is a plus.
