You will analyze farm data, field reports, and environmental conditions to develop customized crop production plans that maximize yield, quality, and profitability while minimizing environmental impact. Key responsibilities include conducting virtual field assessments, advising on the selection of crop varieties, implementing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, and promoting the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in agronomy or crop science, preferably with direct advisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of crop physiology, soil fertility, plant pathology, and entomology.
  • Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis tools.
