You will be responsible for developing and implementing agronomic plans, conducting field trials, analyzing data, and educating farmers and agricultural staff. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local agricultural conditions, advanced knowledge of crop physiology, and a passion for improving agricultural yields and sustainability. - Proven experience in designing and conducting field trials.
