Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology solutions provider, is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to join their sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to manage and grow key client relationships from anywhere in Kenya, with a focus on serving clients in the Kisumu, Kisumu, KE region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and building long-term partnerships. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting compelling technology solutions, and negotiating contracts. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, forecasting sales accurately, and collaborating with internal technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in enterprise technology sales. A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a senior sales role, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales quotas, is essential. Strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and a passion for technology are highly valued.
