Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a Senior Account Executive or similar role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions to enterprise clients, including C-suite executives.
- Excellent understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, MEDDIC).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
