Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce fulfillment center, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join their fully remote operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory data, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory best practices. You will collaborate virtually with warehouse managers, order fulfillment teams, and procurement specialists to ensure a smooth flow of goods and accurate data reporting. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock rotation, and minimize obsolescence.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and valuation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to maintain quality and prevent damage.
- Collaborate remotely with warehouse operations and sales teams to address inventory-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control techniques (e.g., cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous.

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Warehouse Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy and control within our modern facility. This role is critical to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining optimal stock levels. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, performing physical inventories, and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Your duties will include implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures, managing stock rotation, and identifying and reporting on slow-moving or obsolete inventory. You will also collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in inventory management software are essential. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in warehouse inventory management or a related role. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment are required.
