Our client is looking for a highly analytical and strategically minded Remote Supply Chain Analytics Manager to optimize their global logistics and warehousing operations. This fully remote position requires an individual who can leverage data to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights across the entire supply chain lifecycle, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and last-mile delivery. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, advanced data analysis techniques, and proficiency with relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sophisticated analytical models to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze transportation costs, delivery times, and carrier performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and manage supply chain risk assessment models and contingency plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
  • Present complex data analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics and logistics.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts within the supply chain team.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes for the supply chain department.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with at least 3 years focused on data analytics.
  • Proven expertise in statistical analysis, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
