- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, quality metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Investigate sanitation-related incidents or complaints and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation related to sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the effective implementation of sanitation plans.
- Promote a culture of cleanliness and safety throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation, hygiene, quality assurance, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in remote oversight or assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleaning protocols, infectious disease control, and waste management.
- Experience with developing and implementing QA/QC programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret quality metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, OSHA, EPA).
- Experience with digital auditing tools and platforms is a significant advantage.
