This is a critical, fully remote role that will partner closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, and change management initiatives across diverse international teams. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role supporting global or multi-national organizations.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.
