Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Senior HR Business Partner to support our global operations. This is a critical, fully remote role that will partner closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, and change management initiatives across diverse international teams. This role demands exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing expert counsel on all human capital matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning processes.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and team effectiveness programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through the development and implementation of HR programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and coach managers on effective people leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and services to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role supporting global or multi-national organizations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.
