- Develop and update safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Prepare safety performance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with aviation authorities and other stakeholders on safety matters.
- Stay abreast of emerging safety trends, technologies, and best practices in the aviation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation safety, operations, or quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and implementation.
- Familiarity with ICAO Annexes and relevant national aviation regulations.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Proficiency in safety management software and relevant IT tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make critical decisions in a remote environment.
- Relevant aviation safety certifications (e.g., SMS Pro, Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs to all levels of personnel.

- Liaise with aviation regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
- Develop and manage safety performance indicators (SPIs) and safety performance targets (SPTs).

- Maintain safety-related documentation and records.
- Advise management on aviation safety best practices and emerging risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Safety Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aviation safety management, preferably with an airline, MRO, or regulatory body.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO standards, EASA/FAA regulations, and Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles.
- Proven experience in conducting safety investigations, hazard identification, and risk assessment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
