- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Manage rate parity and ensure consistent pricing across all distribution platforms.
- Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and other analytical tools effectively.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in revenue management.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing group bookings and corporate accounts.
- Analyze customer segmentation data to tailor pricing and offerings.
- Foster a culture of revenue optimization throughout the organization.
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry, with successful remote work experience.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct bookings).
